I was impressed with the comfort after the renovation!
It's so close to the exam site that it's very convenient, but most importantly, I was thrilled with the freshly renovated hotel!
The interior was also lovely, looking more like a model room in an apartment than a hotel room.
It was the first time I had stayed at Richmond Hotel Sendai in about 15 years.
The kid had no recollection of that time, just a beautiful hotel, and he said, "I'm just here for my entrance exams, and I'm having too much fun in such a good hotel!" I was very satisfied.
The complimentary breakfast was also very good.
One thing that caught my attention was the condensation on the windows. Both the hallway and the room may have been more condensate-prone, as they were originally not feeling dry but used humidifiers while in the room.
Since this room has been beautifully renovated, please do your best to maintain it so that mold does not occur.
I will use it again if I have the opportunity.

I was tired when I left (laugh)
There were children's diapers, baby soaps and foamy shampoos in the amenities section.
It's a very beautiful renovated hotel. If you are staying with a child, this is definitely a recommended accommodation! I'll come again. Thanks for your help.

館内、客室の設備各所につきましては、大変ご不便をおかけしてしまい、誠に申し訳ございません。大々的な改装工事を控えているとはいうものの、ご指摘いただいたように、設備面では色々と気になる点が多く、ご迷惑をおかけしております。
空調システムも、現在は集合管理システムでありご使用いただく際大変ご不便をおかけしております。しかしながら、部屋全体に冷房が行き渡らない状況や異音が生じているような事は、本来あってはならないことでございます。設備面での整備点検も含め、清掃スタッフ、ホテルスタッフ共々、より快適なお部屋を提供できますよう、日々の確認を強化してまいります。
また、ご朝食に関しましてはロイヤルホストならではのメニュー提供でご好評をいただいております。焼きたてのパンケーキや、仙台ならではのメニューもご用意していお客様をお待ちいたしております。もしまたお泊りいただける機会がございましたら、ぜひお試しいただけますと幸いです。
リッチモンドホテル仙台は間もなく長期間の改装工事期間に入る予定でございます。設備面だけでなく、私共スタッフも更に成長してリニューアルオープンにのぞめるよう、引き続き精進してまいります。
