Buyer Beware of these scam artists

I was looking for other properties to book in 2024 but came upon this property again. Let me restate my unfortunate experience in 2023 for anyone who might be planning to stay here. Firstly, I never stayed at this property. However, after I booked it and was charged we went to the property to see if we could speak to someone but was unable to as the guard at the gate said we needed a key to get in. I called repeatedly that day bc we had the reservation and we were trying to get the keys. I finally got some woman in England late at night who said the property was no longer available and they would book another for me. Never heard back from them and was still charged. Had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. I just saw a response to my 2023 review from Penthouse and they claimed my credit card was never charged bc i had insufficient funds but this was a big lie as my card carries a pretty high limit and I was nowhere near it. Thankfully, I got my $ back after disputing the charge.
