This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Victoria Home@Duomo of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of €20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 20:00 to 22:00 . A surcharge of €40 applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 22:00 to 00:00 . A surcharge of €50 applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 00:00 to 01:00 . All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
