The host was honestly one of the best person I met in real life not only did he give me recommendations for Rome but also other European countries I was visiting! All the suggestions are spot on!!

First look the apartment looked clean and usable. But behind the curtains there was black mould next to the bed. The bathroom had seen better days.
No hot running water for a shower the next morning,l. When i asked they apologied for the inconvenience, and said they put the boiler on a timer and to give it 10 mins. I had to catch a train so didnt have time to wait for water to heat up and take my time.
Location was great only 15 min walk to collloseum. Lovely little cafe/wine bar around the corner with an amazing range of cakes.

The central location was perfect for what we wanted to see. Andrea was very helpful, giving recommendations and providing tips for how to navigate the area. Communication was prompt and he responded quickly to any issues we had.
Body wash was not provided.
