Everything was great! The only minus was too short stay there. :)

Everything was really great!
It was very very clean! The room quire big, nice view, the air conditioner worked without charge and the shower was great. :) It is good location to go to: metro, bus etc. and explore the city. The breakfasts were very delicious. They were in bar, where the coffe was very cheap and delicious!
What is more - Gregorio was very helpfull and so kind! He came in the middle of the night just to welcome us!!! I was pleasently suprised and enchanted. He spoke only italian but it was no problem to understand each other. He offered help in every situation and gave details to himself: mail, wat's up etc.
When I come back to Rome, for sure I'd stay in this place.
I will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Not recommended

The hotel is located in the city center but it is not easy to find the hotel because the hotel has no sign to present. Moreover, it's hard to contact the hotel by phone because they have never answered. The staffs also not friendly and not being professional. I have never given one star before but this hotel deserve it.

Should have read the reviews here first!!

I booked this hotel through Agoda for 3 nights because the review there was OK. My train from Rimini to Rome was delayed and I could not check in on time. I accepted this circumstance and would not mind if I couldn't stay at the hotel that night. However, the host insisted to cancel my booking, so I couldn't check in the day after. The unbearable thing was that I had to pay all of the nights reserved, not only the night I missed the check-in time. This was nonsense!!
Moreover, the host who I contacted with about the delayed train was not very friendly and sympathy about my circumstance. I was very upset already about the faulty train schedule but the host was not helpful or showed any sign of service mind. Most of the replied emails from the host depressed me.
I'm now very relieved not to stay at the hotel with this kind of host who might upset me more than I could think of!!

good enough

we were here about a week. Owner, Danielle is very nice and friendly. It's possible to agree about late-check-in (for extra-pay, of course) and may be to have a little discount, which is also very nice ))
hotel is close to the main places-to-vesit, you may use the subway, or walk on foot as well, as we did.
you also may find a lot of beautiful and good cafes and restaurants not far from the hotel, even in the same building! (for lazy ones=))
the one thing that dissappointed us was a bathroom. Water in a shower room was working for some minutes in the morning, if we are talking about warm water, so it was not much pleasure to have a cold shower, but anyway the hotel is good enough to stay in.
And check the bathroom first of all)

Decepcionanete cleaning

The apartment it's closed to public transport (metro and bus) but a bit far from the center (main attractions). In this way, you will need to use the metro/ bus for everything.
The owner is a friendly guy and very kind, helping you with your visit plan.
Regarding the house and starting by the bedroom, we noticed that the linen have not been changed. It has hairs from other people everywhere and the bed was not even properly made. The bathroom was dirty, washbasin, toilet were not the best presentation. Moreover, during our stage the room has never been cleaned.
Additionally the isolation is bad too, allowing you to hear the noise that comes from outside.
Regarding the breakfast. . .well its an illusion. It only include a cappuccino (which is good) and packaged toast (two) with sweet.
Note: the air conditioned is not include in the price! I had to pay 10€ for 3days. In the summer is impossible to stay without AC.
