Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of ILS 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that Israeli citizens are required to pay 17% VAT for Israel hotel stays. Non-Israeli citizens can be exempted from paying this tax by showing their entry permit (B2/B3/B4 visa). This tax is not included in the total room fee.
