Lovely stay at Novotel Jodhpur
Beautiful clean & spacious rooms .
Food and ambeince at Eleve restaurant is nice & also food at food exchange restaurant was great.
Lovely swimming pool on the top floor.
Miss Himani at the front desk was very supportive and gave us good hospitality.
Wonderful experience at Novotel and would certainly recommend everyone. 10 /10 marks

First time for Earplugs in a hotel
Customer service was less impressive.
We were put in a room directly above their function room. There was a party going on underneath with loud music, speeches etc. We asked to move room as the noise was terrible and we couldn’t sleep. The front desk said that the hotel was full also denied that there was any music going on. They then said that it would finish by 10.30pm.
The music carried on later than this and the hotel’s solution was to bring up some earplugs!
If you stay here I would advise being on a higher level. We were on level 3 and their ballroom is the entirety of level 2.
