Wonderful !
We recently stayed as a family of 9 at the Fort Aguada Beach Resort. We have been coming back to this hotel every year. The hospitality of the staff, impeccable service, and the beauty of the resort have been our biggest reasons for returning to this property year after year.
This time, there were hiccups in our check-in as we all, including 5 elderly citizens, were made to wait for long, beyond standard check-in time, because the rooms were not ready. It didn't make anyone happy, especially the elderly in our group. The weather in Goa has been unbearably hot this year, and being made to wait in a non-AC lobby was rather uncomfortable for us. The front duty manager, Maansi, made up for the delay by offering our group a complimentary tea later in the evening. While that was much appreciated, what is disappointing, though, is that upon return, we didn't get any feedback email like we have in the years past. Before going to Fort Aguada, we had stayed at the neighboring Taj Holiday Village as well. We immediately got feedback emails from them, but no note from Fort Aguada. The reason I am writing this review is that young managers like Maansi must be open to constructive feedback, even if it highlights the imperfections in their jobs.
We love staying at the Taj properties, and we will continue to do so, including the Fort Aguada Resort, no doubt about that! But I hope that this review provides the front office with something to think about. Thanks!

Great Welcome!
The entire journey right from check-in to checkout was extremely smooth. Mr. Rakesh checked us in, and it was all a breeze. They were so receptive to pur needs, I was travelling with infants for the first time. There wasn't a thing we were left wanting for. The famed Taj Hospitality truly shines at Taj Aguada. Highly recommend it. Please do visit and see for yourselves.

Amazing experience
We had a very good experience during our stay.
Ms Abigail was there to assist us at every point and since I was in my Babymoon phase she made sure to make it extra special for us. We really had a superb time and was feeling at home at Taj Fort Aguada and would highly recommend it to everyone visiting Goa.

Fantabulous and amazing stay at Taj!!
Well it was a fantabulous stay at Taj fort aguada, Goa. Staff was very courteous. Ultra luxurious property of taj..Amazing thing is that they let you access amenities of both the taj properties nearby and have shuttle service. Also room upgrade given by them was a very sweet gesture.. highly recommended property..10/10
