Nice place to stay, restaurant was very good. Parking inconvenient and no handicap parking. Uneven bricks to try roll suitcase. Need to make the front better drop off vs parking

Nice hotel with wonderful food and great drinks. Clean and practical room. Super stop in the Westfjords.

Friendly staff, clean room and good food.
But please change the carpet on the fifth floor, just awful and damaged. This takes away from the rest.

Fraudulent - booked due to offered renovated rooms on hotel website and booking

The hotel was already paid for via Booking.com, then requested a credit card at check-in (don't give out the taps all the card data - absolutely impossible and meets with absolute incomprehension from me!) with the statement if what is broken - not understandable what else should be broken in this outdated room??? Bathroom with tiles from the 70s not renovated, furniture outdated, mattresses sagged, you think you sleep on a boat so swing the mattresses at turn- do you want to have the rooms renovated here at the expense of the guests????? I can advise everyone not to stay here! We had room number 203! On Booking and on the hotel website only pictures of renovated new rooms are shown - this I feel is fraudulent deception ! Based on the pictures I booked the hotel! And get such a worn-out room with dirty windows and have paid 230 € for one night- usury - the breakfast is also nothing special - as previously in all hotels the same standard breakfast- not outstanding - simple- bread pad eggs (scrambled eggs, sausages etc.) I don't know where the others have breakfast- but to highlight that is definitely not .

Friendly & helpful staff. Spacious room with beautiful view of the harbor. Delicious free breakfast as well as wonderful purchased lunch and dinner in restaurant. Only complaints: 1.) absolute lack of parking space (designated lot was consistently full); 2.) shower soap/shampoo was very poor (it could just as well have been plain water).
