Noisy hotel and not level with a 4 star
Hotel close to the city center , decent breakfast!
Hotel not soundproofed, it is better to bring its balls quies because very noisy!
The manager’s argument “This is a city center hotel, it’s normal sir”♂️
The bedding is not of good quality!
The little plus of the room is when you take a shower , the shower tray overflows into the bathroom ....
This hotel does not inherit me 4 stars!
In view of this soft situation we left this hotel from the first day!
We do not recommend this property

Nightmare
If I could give a negative rating, I would do it without hesitation. From the moment we entered, we were hit by a horrible, stale stench that permeated every corner of the building. The room was in appalling condition – filled with hair and grime, with not even the basics like soap. The walls were cracked, humidity was everywhere, and there was an overwhelming sense of neglect and decay.
However, the worst part was the theft of a large sum of money from a friend’s bag, which she had left in the room. The theft was committed by a member of the staff, and when we reported it, the hotel’s response was downright outrageous! Not only did they refuse to help, but they had the audacity to accuse the very guests of lying and tried to cover up the incident.
Even after security cameras proved that someone from their staff was responsible, the hotel continued to show zero accountability. There was no apology, no compensation – only indifference and disrespect. This place is utterly unsafe, untrustworthy, and shameless in its treatment of guests.
Warning: stay as far away as possible from this nightmare of a place. If you value your dignity, your health, and your money, avoid this hotel at all costs.
