Despite the telephones in the rooms not working to call in house service Everything was excellent,A young man called Kofi assisted me with an out standing personality .

Fantastic Service! Immaculate rooms and well appointed!

We felt welcomed from the first moment. The attention to guest needs were fantastic. The staff is very well trained and knew exactly what it takes to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The location was convenient to many attractions in Kumasi. We'll be back for sure!

Outside of the property looks nice but the room set up and the items in the room are below standard in my view. The internet promised never came and the customer experience was below average

Waiting for the day your breakfast will be a buffet not as large as you may be thinking of.
