Excellent traditional German hotel

Situated on the main road and only a few minutes walk to the pretty town centre. The owner was very welcoming and took his car out of the garage so that I could park my motorcycle out of the torrential rain. Rooms are well equipped, wi-fi free and a bottle of complimentary water. There are a mixture of rooms, some not accessible by elevator. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, but it's easy to find somewhere in town to eat at.

Nice hotel / gasthof, good fooda and beverages.

Cosy hotel / gasthof with new updated rooms. Good german food / beers. Staff was friendly and service orientated. Nice little town in the fields near Illertissen, all held in good shape. Will come her again sometime.

Good little hotel for stopover

We stayed here for 1 night. We had a stopover before heading towards austria for our ski holiday. It is a nice little hotel with spacious rooms and comfy beds. The prices are good and they serve local food in their restaurant. Also, very reasonable priced. Will stay here again for a stopover.

A good clean hotel for a stop over

Stopped off here on our way south. The price was good and I wanted somewhere with a restaurant. The hotel is clean and the rooms functional. Despite being just off the road the rooms were quiet and I got a good nights sleep. The restaurant was OK, the meat was tasty and of a good quality but the vegetables did not seem to be cooked from fresh (frozen beans and Spätzle from a packet). The breakfast was mediocre - when platters were empty it took too long to replenish them.
Overall the quality for the price was however very good. I can recommend this hotel for a short stopover.

Nice little family run Hotel.

Visited for a wedding. Accessible location, car park. Nice covered beer garden, which seemed very popular with the locals. Room basic but spotless, no complaints. Didnt eat other than for breakfast, which was decent. Lack of reviews perhaps reflects the fact that it's a bit off the tourist trail, Legoland and Ulm perhaps being the nearest places that are likely to draw people to the area. Weissenhorn itself is a fairly sleepy little town, but a sprinkling of bars and restaurants.
Perhaps lack of English language reviews reflect the fact that most of the staff don't speak english. But all very friendly and our complete lack of German overcome with some pointing and gestures.
Given it only cost €144 for two nights then would definitely stay again if was visiting this area.
