A Gem in the suburbs

We arrived late at night in the pouring rain, we called in advance to let the owner know we would be arriving late and even though he had to get up early in the morning he greeted us kindly with a smile and got us settled in our room. The room for 3 was clean and comfortable, beds were typical European standard and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was fresh and sufficient. We were sorry we only had one night booked as the area looked lovely and the accommodations were well priced. IT looked to be a great place for families with children. We would definitely consider going back if we return to the area.

Okay for two nights.

Time has stopped here, the room facilities are only functional, no longer to feel good about, especially the bathroom has clearly come of age. Also I felt a bit patronized, especially at the rather cheap-looking breakfast - how to take the food and where to sit. I didn't find it quite contemporary, but maybe also because of the type of hotel.

Excellent relation price quality

This small hotel is very well located in a quite area and
For a price of Eur 48 you have a clean room with a shower and a very nice and large breakfast included in the price, for me the best relation price/ quality I know in the area.
Also a good parking available.

Beautiful location

It is a very nice hotel, we would stay there again. If you want to visit Hamburg, it is a bit far away - 25km, but if you have a car, then there is no problem. The location is wonderful, Tornesch is a very beautiful little town - very green, beautiful houses, quiet. The room in which we stayed was big and very clean, the only problem is that we had twin beds, which could not be moved. The furniture is a bit old, but really well maintained and the beds are comfortable. I liked the fact that evenings we could ask for a tea or take a drink from the fridge downstairs (for which you have to pay, of course). There are also parking spots, which belong to the hotel. We loved the fact that we were allowed with our dog. The breakfast was OK, the variety was not that big as in other German hotels and the quality was not excellent, but it was good and sufficient. One day they asked us if we want a boiled egg, the other day they didn't ask us anymore. And there weren't too many vegetables - just a couple of slices of cucumber. But, all in all, it was OK. It was very nice to stay there. We recommend it.

Kommunikasjonsproblemer

Jeg pleier vanligvis ikke å skrive anmeldelser. Men i dette tilfellet føler jeg at det er nødvendig.
Vi ringte dette hotellet, siden vi trenkte å overnatte. Vi spurte om det var noe ledig, og hvor mye det kostet. Vi fikk vite at det var to leiligheter vi kunne leie, siden vi var 4 person. De sa at prisen var 85 euro, noe vi tenkte var en god pris. Vi kom litt i tvil om de hadde misforståt oss, så vi ringte dem opp igjen, og spurte: er det 85 euro for oss fire. De svarte JA. Når vi skal betale dagen etter må vi plutselig betale 190 euro INK. Mat
Samtidig er det skittent i vinduskarmen og i senga. Det ligger også døde fluer rundt i rommet.
Jeg vil anbefale å ikke dra hit i det hele tatt. Siden dette gikk over streken.
