2 nd time here now nice quite room if you stay at the back as building works at the front they now have a restaurant that serves pizza ,pasta and salads and good breakfasts.

Find another place to stay …….. terrible

The most terrible hotel we have ever tried in Frankfurt. It took us one hour to be checked in. Nothing worked. They could not find our reservation. The told us that the room wasn’t paid - we prepaid at home. The staff regretted that there was installed a new check-in system a week ago. And nobody seemed to know the new system. We bought some water and asked for at receipt - the staff could not make a reciept. An elder staff member tried to help us - she was very kind. The rest of the staff seemed totally incompetent and do not know the word “service”.
We asked for two ekstra pilows - the arrived after 24 hours, when we asked again. Our room was not cleaned when we got back after our first day in Frankfurt.
We were eating in the hotels restaurant. The food was below average. A wet, sloppy pizza and a bad schnitzel with cold fries. When I asked for my receipt, the waiter forgot us. So I had to ask the waiter again after fifteen minutes. The staff was hopeless.
Breakfast was also below average but edible.
The 1* I give the hotel is for the size of the room and the nice elderly lady in the reception.
Find another place to stay :-(

Stayed here our last night before our flight in the morning. Clean and quiet. 10 mins drive from the airport.

Where do I start, this place is an absolute nightmare, the rooms were disgustingly dirty with bugs dirt and dust everywhere, our rooms power cut off in the middle of the night and because the rooms have no phones we had to walk to some makeshift desks in the 1st floor and told them and instead of repairing it the gave us a room key to another room so we had to pack around midnight with our phones flash lights only to be moved to a room that when we open the windows (because the rooms have NO AC) the noise of an enormous generator for the building across the street felt like it was inside our room. We went back downstairs and told them about it and after pretty much throwing a fit they gave us another room that they say was considered an upgraded room and they didn’t want to give it to us. Want to know what the upgrade was? It is had a moldy electric kettle and old tea bags and cups. That was the gracious upgrade. We went from 2 twin size bedrooms to having to stay in one bed because that was all they had it was the WORST hotel I have ever visited.
