excellent business hotel

excellent business hotel of recent construction, very popular with international users, with all the necessary services for this category... top cleaning and good breakfast. very quiet room but a little small, like the bathroom, comfortable French mattress but uncomfortable instead the duvet because too small

Have stayed here so many times and have had brilliant service so it was a shock that checking out this time was a bit of a nightmare.
We were just leaving our room at 11:08 when the phone rang, it was reception saying we were late checking out.
Clearly stated on my reservation was noon.
Arrived at reception and tried to explain why we didn’t vacate before 11:00 to be told that I was wrong and that check out was 11:00
See attached photo as proof.
Not only did they mention a payment for late check out they then tried to charge me for the room that had already paid for when I booked.
I understand that confusion happens but please address it with more consideration of your guest.
Also please get some firmer pillows.
I ask every visit.
Still a fab hotel, all the other staff we’ve ever encountered have been courteous and accommodating and you always offer the best breakfast.

Very good hotel with easy parking close to hotel. Also witjon walking distance to city center.
Clean, fresh rooms, feels new and in very good condition. Good breakfast and nice evening bar and restaurant.

Used for Kempten University and subsidiary visits

I used it after a long time. Visit to Kempten University and subsidiaries. Parking must be provided by public parking across the road. It was 4 € a day. Breakfast was plentiful and I enjoyed crispy bacon, sausage with herbs and fried eggs. It is recommended to use early as it will be crowded from morning. German bread is still delicious.

Great hotel in top location with feel-good guarantee

The hotel is very central. From here you can start some activities. One is also not far from the old town. The hotel is tastefully decorated and it is very clean and tidy in all areas. The room is spacious and very nicely decorated. The bathroom is not quite as big but perfectly adequate and you also have enough storage facilities. The shower is great. The mattress is also great, you can sleep very well. The gym is also very good, there are great equipment available with which you can train very well. Towels and water are also available. The breakfast buffet is varied and there is something for everyone. If you don't find anything here, it's your own fault. The dinner is qualitative , as taste very good. The portions aren't exactly small either. Cooking here is done with a lot of love and you can taste it. Big praise to the kitchen. The whole service is very friendly and accommodating and also very warm. There's a great team here. Here is a place where you can really feel comfortable and enjoy.
