You would say that they made some adjustments after the negative feedback.....but no

We had reserved a room with a double bed, which was explicitly confirmed by the hotel. On arrival we were given 2 single beds, what poor service, everything was full, we were told, but we did send a confirmation that we would get a double bed, very poor service.
In addition, it is very hot in the room, the air conditioning and ventilation are still not working.
Mold on the joints in the bathroom. Stains everywhere on the wall in the hallway, some paint could solve that. Painter's tape on the bathroom ceiling.
The doors of the elevator on the ground floor, your view, your business card peeling paint.
This is not Mercure quality.

Very bad

The worst hotel and staff, I would never stay there again, bad in every way, noise from the cars, if you facing the road , damp on walls, unhelpful reception staff, nothing to do round the hotel, I wouldn't recommend this hotel just check the rest of the reviews, I wish I did before I booked

Need to be refurbished

Is that a Mercure Hotel ?
No, this is not reflected the standard .
Feeling is not so warm, humidity in the room…
The ventilation not working …
Hotel kindly make the parking for free in compensation.
A lot to do here to join the standing.
Make your choice but I will not recommend this place for 2 person but just for a business trip saver

I strongly advise against booking!

The worst service I have ever experienced.
Unfortunately my stay did not go so well as there was an evacuation due to water damage. Not the problem in itself - although that night was very stressful.
However, the way I have been treated as a guest for two months now is a bottomless disgrace. The hotel money should be refunded due to the incident - which is also to be considered appropriate.
Unfortunately I have been chasing after the whole thing in vain and not even the hotel manager Tim Bergmann is trying to deal with my issue, although he has intervened once in the meantime. He promised me that he would take care of it and that I would receive my money in the next few days - unfortunately that was also a month ago.
Apart from the service, I did not find the condition of the hotel to be good. The replacement hotel was a world better. In retrospect, I was quite happy about the evacuation.

DO NOT STAY HERE. BE CAREFUL. BAD!

AVOID STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. TO THE LIMIT OF COMPLAINT.
We booked a year in advance (November 2022 to stay November 2023). A week before arrival we were curious to look at the reviews on booking and we were scared, they were completely at the minimum 5.9! Now, however, since there was a fair, it was impossible to change options. Upon arrival the hotel was worse than we thought. It suffered a water infiltration, the entire structure internally had peeling and moldy walls and ceilings, covered in the hall with white and dirty sheets. In the corridors there were portable heaters with very dangerous wires and cables, joints and slippers. The carpet removed due to humidity. In the room there was black mold in all corners, especially in the bathroom. The heating and air display was obviously broken, so the room was cold as well as invaded by humidity. The staff were really rude and when we expressed our disappointment with the booking operator, they even denied that there was a problem. Luckily we documented it with photos and videos that I attach to the review.
