Friendly - cozy - personal - great!
The beds are comfortable, the upholstered headboard is great when watching TV or reading. And the TV is plentiful, unusual for a hotel room.
In the small bar there is good coffee, very fine wine and delicious tarte flambée in the evening.
All the staff - without exception - were really warm, attired, emphatic and in good spirits. We were totally excited about the mood, the concept of inclusion works great here.
When checking out (it was my birthday) I got a bag of flower seeds along with a personal, handwritten greeting.
The hotel is just outside, but the buses leave here a 3-minute walk and the university clinic is very close.

Room well equipped, well decorated and clean.

Great inclusion hotel....
Good starting point for a city break or business trip.
The staff was very friendly, accommodating and very dedicated.
Rooms are spacious and barrier-free. There are even rooms with blind guide system..... super very exemplary....
Next door is the Westhouse. There are meeting rooms, a large hall, a bistro, etc. in addition to the hotel. The hotel is connected to the complex.
We had a business stay and were very enthusiastic about the hotel - especially the basic idea of training people with an impairment and employing them in the hotel must of course be supported.
Continue so, we can recommend the place and will gladly come back

Recommended hotel!
My room was nicely decorated and clean. The location towards the park top, absolute peace at night. Wonderful!
The staff was friendly to very friendly- helpful- attentive.
Breakfast was ok. Arranged in small portions, tasty. Particularly noteworthy is the OrangeRosmarin jam - according to information homemade!
I would have liked a “better” coffee included in the breakfast price. The filter coffee offered was slightly bitter for my taste.
I liked the inclusive concept of the hotel, the small talk and the perceived authenticity!
Location outside the city center, easily accessible by bus and train incl. 5 minute walk.
One more word on room cleaning. Like many other hotels, it is “suggested” to refrain from daily housekeeping for a stay of several days for full-bodied environmental reasons. There is a small reward for this, e.g. a free drink. Everyone knows that it is primarily about cost, personnel and time savings with the nice side effect of environmental protection. Everyone may find this how he/she wants it..
