Great host, cosy family home

We had a cosy stay. Price is not the cheapest if you compare to other parts of Georgia, but for Zugdidi, it has good proximity to everything. You don’t get many accommodation options in Zugdidi. Host Tika is super nice! Clean beds and bathroom!

Very friendly Place

Nice place for the short visits. Rooms are clean, Tika is as always very friendly and supportive.
After evry visit you can see that the place is improved.
The Guesthouse is located in the center of the town.

very friendly atmosphere

Tika is amazing, she met us with open hands and made us feel as if this was our home. Room was big and bright, had a balcony and a big private bathroom it vas very clean and had good WI-FI and TV. hotel has a terrace and a garden. hotel is couple of minutes away from the center.
I would love to go back to this hotel.

Great Service, Decent Rooms, Good Location

I spent two nights at Green House and am super happy with my decision. I also don't have much to compare with when it comes to Zugdidi or Samegrelo based accommodations. But I can say with confidence that it was a good value for money and I will be going back. And Tika (owner of the place) is super nice, helpful and accommodating.
Upon request, I got a more quite room of the establishment. The room was spacious and really clean. The bathroom had a soap and shower-gel (the latter not expected). I did try to get the TV work but I did not succeed. I also did not care enough to ask the staff to fix it. I also did not use wi-fi since I was using the cell phone internet.
The breakfast was decent, as far as I can tell Tika cooks meals herself. She made sure there was diversity of food for my two breakfasts there.
And the guest house has a convenient location of only 5 minute walk from my favorite restaurant (Diaroni).
I would go back to the same place vs staying in Anaklia which is 30+ minutes drive from Zugdidi and makes logistics more complicated.

Peacefull place in the center

This truly family guesthouse is located 5 minutes walk from the center of Zugdidi. It is easily found as the house is really painted green. While the town's traffic is not heavy, it is possible to have extra quite room in the second house on the back. In that back house there are 2 rooms withbasic equipment and bath and with shared kitchen - very handy. Parking is at the guesthouse terrain and safe. The rooms are comfortable with TV and free WiFi that work perfectly. The mattress could be a bit more soft and one misses a bed lamp for reading. The only lamp is namely the ceiling one. The guesthouse has also a nice terrace at the back. The service is great with extensive choice for the breakfast at time it suits the guest. While "staff" consists basically from the owner and 1 helper, everything works perfectly. The place is warmly recommended, also when compared to the existing old 2 mid-range Zugdidi hotels (that I visited both regularly in the past).
