Really nice experience at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and the hot drinks and snacks were complimentary.

Disappointed as the restaurant was closed. Beds very comfortable & room spacious & very clean. No iron or ironing board.

Lovely hotel

I just stayed at this hotel for one night and I had a very pleasant experience. The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean and spacious. I loved the fact that I could fill my water bottle up at the machine in the hallway and it was nice that I could grab a coffee whenever I wanted in the lounge.

Most of the staff was rude and barely spoke if you came to the front desk. Barely any shower products (not what you expect from a 4star hotel). Room was pretty and spaceous and new, only downside is that there are barely any lamps and the painting in our room had fallen off the wall and they tried to hide the holes in the wall by placing it kinda strangely on top of the bed. Let's just say that for the fairly high price, the fact that it's a 4-star hotel with a medium to not so great location it wasn't worth it. The location was fine when you're with a man. Plus sides: big rooms, new, nice aesthetic, lounge area with free tea & coffee (and a few snacks but in such small containers, again not 4 star vibes).

Great Stay

Excellent location for the Gare du Nord. Stylish decor, clean and comfortable. Welcoming staff.
I would definitely stay again.
