The service and food are amazing!!!!!!!!

So let me begin with the setting it is rushhour, traffic is very congested and we have never been to Le Mans before this trip. The hotel is downtown in the city center with lots of one way streets. The parking is up the street but it is only for buses. It took my husband 2 attempts to get there after directions from Vick (Victoire) who was kind enough to give him better directons that the web page had listed. After the traffic, the parking experience were not in a great mood. In to the rescue Tom and Vick (the aforementioned Victoire) who plied us with great cocktails and a great meal! Bad mood gone! The room was a bit quirky plus we had a heavy bag up several flights of stairs. Room was comfy though! The selling point here is the stellar service from Vick and Tom otherwise it would have an average experience and not a great one, thanks!

Property was quirky but was clean and had everything we needed. We booked at very short notice & We had a loft room which was huge with a double bed for our daughter as well as us. It was on the 3rd floor with no lift which was a bit of a challenge with our luggage. Breakfast was expensive for what was available but arriving late the night before it was easiest option. Overall a nice hotel which was good value in a good location in Le Mans.

We did not recieve the bed layout that we selected when ordering online.

The hotel was well located. The room was clean and comfortable.
No prior notice that the restaurant was closed for three weeks.
When ordering a Pastis without water it came with water. Waitress said thats how it came out of the bottle. When she showed me the bottle it was evident the Pastis had indeed been pre mixed.
The waitress did find a correct bottle but was charged 5 euros for the privilege. Seems dodgy that there was a pre mixed bottle.No doubt an easy way for bar staff to supplement their wages.Dissppointing
