Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Les jardins secrets of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - Bed linens are included in the reservation : one set bed bed upon arrival for the number of guests noted on the booking - One towel per person is given upon arrival - If you want a cleaning during your stay, bed linen or towel changed, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service - Coffee, detergent, soap, shampoo, dish tablets or cleaning products are not included in the reservation - Beach towels are not included - Upon check out, dishes must be made and trashes evacuated The cleaning for the end of your stay in included in your reservation. However, you will have to do the dishes and evacuate the trashes before checking out. If you wish to have a mid-stay cleaning or some new linens during your stay, please contact the agency to see the price for this additional service. Upon check in, you will have one set of bed linen per bed for the number of guests noted on the reservation and one towel per person. Beach towel / Pool towel are not included. We do not provide coffee / tea, soap / shampoo, cleaning products, nor dish soap. You will however find one bathroom rug per bedroom, a kitchen cloth, one toilet paper roll upon arrival, a sponge for dishes. A deposit will be requested a few days before arrival through a secured link of payment Swikly. It is a mandatory procedure before checking in. This amount will neither be withdrawn nor frozen, it is a simple pre-approval on your credit card in case of damages or missing items notified upon check out.
