THERE ARE better places else where. RUN!
It took me 1 hour to do the check in. Managed to enter de apartment past 9pm.
I had to withdraw money and give to securiry guard at the entrance. The hostess made a video call to confirm the money was given to him.
I couldn't have visitors past 2330, while I am on vacation. I had invited people to come over, but I had to throw them out.
She wouldnt give me the password for the door in case I forgot the only card, which opens the doors, inside of the apartament.
She didn't provide me with a receipt that I have paid the depositum. The next day, they asked the cleaning lady to take a picture of the money gave me back. The whole situation was just weird.
The apartment isn't that nice. In reality is very kish, somewhere lost in Greece and Smurfette, with old and cheap furniture.
IKEA furniture is expensive compared to this.
The bed and pillows aren't comfortable. It takes a long time for the water to get warm. I had a cold shower the morning I left because of that.
There posts around the apartment telling you about towels, windows and flushing.
I would stay away and NEVER, EVER come back.

Every thing is good, including the owner.
We rented from Patricia, who owns about 6 units. She was an excellent and accurate communicator before and during out stay. She is entirely reasonable to deal with. She uses WhatsApp extensively for text, recorded voice ( I think she likes that better than typing) and to send recorded videos about operating the various security features.
Her units are quite new, well kept, and stocked with everything you need for a stay. The water supply is great. It's well located if you want to be close to a cluster of "better" restaurants and don't want to be harassed by street vendors and hustlers. A grocery store stocked for Europeans and Americans is close by.
We would stay there again. Our stay was 10 days. We met people by the pool renting units from other owners, by the way. Some had to "top up" their electrical meters almost daily. Patricia never even mentioned paying for electricity to us. It was included in what we paid.

HOST CON ARTIST AND BAD MANAGMENT
He then tell me a the last minute he wants cash which found to be highly suspect. He was suppose to meet me to discuss the situation at a certain time a did not arrive and arrived two hours later when I was working. He kept ring my door bell continuously. And i was informed he was acting like a child thawing a tantrum because i would not allow him in the apartment. He then comes into my apartment in the morning with no authorisation while i was asleep in bed with no clothes on. I screamed for him to leave. I asked the security guards to contact the police.
While I waiting for the police he was making threats and demanding for money without giving his bank details. He was nerous about the police arriving and brought a mutual acquaintance to come up with a deal for the harassment gives me a discount and apologizes. I tried noticed Noval the management regarding his disgusting behaviour verbally and through email and they did nothing .
Absolute nightmare don't waste your money!!!!
