Not foreigner accessible

Despite being an international hotel and reviews stating otherwise, we've yet to find anyone here who speaks English. Not the concierge or front desk. We've had to rely solely on Google translate to get even the most basic help. Haven't been able to work out what time the breakfast is open until or where it is. Haven't been able to order room service or a massage. The gym is just a bunch of weights, no cardio equipment could be found and the pool was closed and drained. The bed is like sleeping on a cardboard box and there's zero water pressure in the shower. When we do finally manage to communicate what we need, everyone is very polite and helpful and the food in the private dining restaurant is exceptional.
I understand that as a foreigner I need to accommodate that if I don't speak the language that's my problem, but I need to make other non-chinese visitors aware of what they can expect.

Basically impeccable, it is worth mentioning that the mattress is hard, but the quilt is particularly light. There are quite a lot of types of breakfast. The bread and other small snacks in the breakfast should be made by the hotel itself. The smell of butter is very fragrant, I can taste it, it is not a semi-finished product. The hotel also has a bathtub, which is great.

If you feel that the mattress is too hard, you can contact us to deal with it. We also recommend you to stay in a deluxe room next time. The service of the old-fashioned hotel is very meticulous. There are small snacks in the room, and the space is opened in advance. The weather is cold and the hotel is warm. The experience is very good👍. It is too far to check in at Building 2 after 10.30pm

A very satisfactory accommodation experience. Features: 1. The terminal of the airport shuttle bus, the traffic is very convenient. 2. The hardware facilities are first-class, which can be described as luxurious (the experience is the VIP building). Third, the waiters are well-trained and courteous. recommend!
