AC hotel located in the middle of renmin road and it's easily accessible to nearest metro station 300m by foot. Lawson conveniently located 150m away. Room was sparkling clean and high quality of smart toilet and bedding. Front desk receptionist named Mickey Fang was nice and helpful. Three of us were extremely happy and falling in love with Suzhou. We'll definitely come back to Suzhou and choose AC HOTEL again for sure.

A really nice hotel in charming city of Suzhou and a nice surprise for being upgraded to the AC suite with a small welcome gift.
- Bed is extremly comfortable
- Bathroom was spacious (bathtub, shower and smart toilets)
- Nice living room to enjoy diner (delivered directly by a robot to your room) in front of a big TV
- Breakfast with both western and asian choices (breads, eggs, bacon, congees, noodles, fruits, coffee, juices...)
Perfect for european taste that I can describe this hotel as :

- Bright and airy spaces
- Impeccable cleanliness
- Comfort without extravagance
- Modern technology available
- Simple elegance
- Relaxed atmosphere

We stayed here for two nights as part of a longer trip. the hotel is very close to the station and many good attractions. Breakfast was ok but limited. The bar is a very basic lobby type that closes early. No restaurant onsight for dinner but the reception staff were great at finding suggestions. I would stay here again.

Located about 10 mins walk to main shopping street. We arrived at 9am and requested for an early check in. Hotel is kind enough to allowed us check into room without additional charge. Room is clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast is above average but everyday are same items. Overall will recommend.

Room small but clean. Toilet has smart toilet bowl. No room service.
Won’t choose this hotel in winter as the windows are unable to open, very stuffy.
