Excellent! The property was beautiful! Everyone was super friendly. They arranged for transportation from the airport and to the cruise port for us. They offered a terrific wine hour with a section from Chile. The breakfast was delicious. It’s conveniently located near San Cristobal Hill and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks to the entire staff!

We had the best time and are so happy to have had the chance to stay here. What if we had stayed in some sterile glass tower downtown? Oh there was just no comparison. The room, the staff, the service were all 5 stars. One of the coolest hotels I’ve stayed in. Thank you!!!

Business trip to Chile. I love this hotel. Gorgeous.in a fun walkable area. Common area with coffee/tea and wine tasting was great. Staff were very nice and helpful.
