If visiting Toronto-- this is your Suites, your home
Location: The hotel is conveniently located next to YYZ airport and offers a shuttle service. Parking is available for $30 per night as of December 2024. (Pro tip: Rent a car and use an app to find affordable parking downtown.)
Food: Enjoy a complimentary breakfast that includes a full omelette bar and fresh croissants. During the weekdays there a complimentary social hour 5 or 5:30 to 6:30PM. You get a free alcoholic drink - we got the red wine and a cocktail - fruits, cheese, nachos. The restaurant is called "Westside Social Eatery" although some just call it the Embassy Suites retaurant. .I had the butter chicken.. well. just the butter curry and ordered the fried chicken and cut it up and put it in for a butter fried chicken, the French onion soup. samosa, burger, harira, and penne arrabiata-- wow.. just delicious and the wait staff were so memorable.
Décor: The entrance was beautifully adorned with Christmas and holiday decorations, complemented by a white grand piano—though it’s locked. The rooms were elegant, well-maintained, and in line with the high standards of a Hilton Embassy Suites property. Unlike the typical open-space design of most Embassy Suites, this one felt more upscale and cozy.
The Staff: Absolutely fantastic! From the front desk team, who helped us discover fun local attractions, to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, everyone delivered exceptional service. They kept my mom and wife happy with their friendliness, helpfulness, humor, and, most importantly, their kind and positive energy.
Breakfast service was outstanding, with excellent staff members like Raj at the omelette bar and others, including Sultan, Sushima, Prathamesh, Sara, Sahymaa, and Chandrika, who made the experience truly memorable.
