it was clean, breakfast good and accomodations made for earlier breakfast for we were there for snowcross racing and had to be at the track by 7:10 so they made breakfast for our crew starting at 6:30 instead of 7:00, pool and sauna was clean and awesome, rooms comfortable

Approx 1130am, we asked cleaning staff for 30 mins until we left to clean room, lasy mentioned that our room was the last one she has to do. Few mins later i hear her knock on another door and say housekeeping. I asked her why she lied about our room being the last one, she refuaed to answer.

Accommodating, we were there for snowcross racing, breakfast opens at 7:00 Sat and Sun, they opened it at 6:30 for the race workers and children that were racing so they could eat and had to be at the track by 7:30, this was very much appreciated by all families, Thank you for accommodating

Not the same- unpleasant so far

Not a great stat to our three night stay. We requested a room near the pool - request not granted. I know it’s never guaranteed but the other two families we are travelling with did get their requests approved. Hot water is very finicky in the shower. Room is disgustingly small. Can’t pass each other in the hallways between furniture. Bedding doesn’t smell fresh like the towels. Room has plenty of damage to walls/trim etc. The room was also very cold upon arrival. No heat on at all in room. Unpleasant and unwelcoming feeling. No probided toiletries. Not even hand hand soap or body wash. Front desk claimed they were all put but when I found the housekeeping staff, they gladly provided it to me. Front desk would not accept cash as payment even with a credit card on file and deposit paid via credit card. Lots has changed from our many stays here in the past. We will not return to this property in the future. I have friends who refuse to stay at this property and now I know why.

Horrible Customer Service

Stay clear of the short haired guy who works the front desk at night. He has absolutely no people skills and has no business being in customer service. We will never return to this horribly run hotel again. The price is ridiculous for a little town of Timmins.
