Awesome place but they replace every day the soap bar and ear cleaner even if they still in the original bag of 5.

fire alarm rang at exactly midnight on saturday night, doors to get out were not functioning, staff was not training nor informed on who to handle the situation.
it was a false alarm in the end, but it was not easy to get back to sleep

Great multilingual staff and in a very walkable area. Lots of available parking and our room had a great view of the lake.

Air conditioning wasn’t functioning and couldn’t open any windows in the unit. It was 25c in the room. :(

No air conditioning, my room was at 26 degrees c. They told me they will fix the air conditioner soon, but they don’t know when. The hotel will return at this hotel because this is the best hotel in Valleyfield
