My experience at the hotel

The experience at the hotel was great, affordable price, breakfast with quite a variety, the meals are very well made, cleanliness and hygiene of the site is impeccable and polite waiters.
Note: I made an order and the same waitress I saw carrying dirty clothes that were taken from the rooms, was the one who brought our snack.
This part I didn't like, I got the snack, but I couldn't eat. I felt a shortage of waiters, I am not sure that professionals who have access to dirty clothes from other people's rooms, serve the food of the guests, this because of contact with various types of dirt and micro-organisms.

cockroaches in bed

I booked two nights, but the first night I woke up with cockroaches in bed. Big cockroaches. It was from closed windows and standing high, which shows they came from inside the hotel. That horrible smell of cockroach very strong. Obviously I stayed in the hotel lobby and didn't have breakfast. I demanded the return of the values and they only returned me the value of the second daily, which is absurd because I did not sleep a night or used breakfast. The hotel is bad, the pictures mislead.

Great experience

Very well equipped room, everything working in perfect condition, everything very clean. Careful staff and with a great service. Ample parking and very easy to park. The location of the hotel is great, especially if you go to Maracanã. Everything perfect.
