All accommodations were excellent

Oh, the air conditioning is great!
Indicate to my friends, clean, organized, quiet, easy access, finally, perfect for a trip!
Ah, and the cleaning, always on the day, as I commented, clean and organized!
And for those who want to stay longer, there is no mistake. There is no parking, but it is definitely worth the stay.

The staff make this place, they were amazing and super accommodating with our flight delay and the 24/7 reception desk was great. Nothing was too big for them to help with and we felt very safe there as 2 female travellers. The room facilities were very very bare bones and the condition of our room was not great. There was a burn mark from a lamp on our bedside table and there was only one pillow each, the air conditioning remote and the tv remote also didn’t really work and at times we struggled to get the power on as the keycard slot was a little dodgy. It was pretty clean, but could have been a bit cleaner for our tastes. However, the breakfast was really great and the hotel was located and perfect for our needs. Value for money was amazing and if you want something functional and fuss free for a trip to the falls I would still recommend this place.

Hotel location is good which is city centre. It is near bus station which is convenient to take omnibus to go water falls and Paraguy.

Local bus 120 leaves right infront of the hotel. Easy to go to the falls (both sides) and to airport. Staff was extremely friendly. Good breakfast.

Precary installations

Although it has a good price, the facilities are very precarious. It needs to be made clear that this hotel belongs to a network that actually runs hostels. The only positive point I was able to identify in this hotel was the service I received at the reception.
