Please inform D-Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that use of the wellness center (d-mixx) requires an extra charge for both the entrance and the bath linen. Guests are kindly requested to note that swimwear is not allowed at d-mixx. Wellness treatments at d-mixx are on request only. Please note that our wellness center is only open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Please note that all rooms are twin bedded. When a double bed is required, please leave a comment in the Special Request box upon booking. PLease note that there is no restaurant in the hotel. If you would like to book a table in a restaurant in the area, d-hotel can give you recommendations. DISCLAIMER: any treatment at the wellness center is currently unavailable.
