Holiday

We really enjoyed our stay.
The hotel was very clean and central to the shops restaurants and the beach all within walking distance.
The owners were very friendly and we were able to arrive early and extend our stay. We would definitely go and stay again.

Clean, comfortable and great location.

Great stay, would definitely stay here again. Very clean, well equipped, comfortable and the perfect location. Adequate parking, spacious rooms and the kids loved the pool. Coles in less than 5 minutes down the road, and it’s across the street from a servo. Felt safe.

Best motel I’ve ever stayed at been here many times

The best motel I’ve ever stayed at. The beds are really good, hot water runs well, balconies in every room, kitchen sink in all rooms, cleaned every day, the outside areas well maintained, good pool, courtyard, and near places like Oxley Beach, Town Beach and the Breakwall. Please book direct with Peter or John on the phone rather than through the booking apps. I always go here without fail when in Port or passing through.

Absolutely abysmal. Stay away at all costs

Came back from a concert late at night and pulled the sheets back and noticed there was fecal material in the bed still fresh. I would have left immediately had it not been for the torrential downpour that night so we ended up sleeping on the floor. I attempted to make contact with the owner in the reception the next morning to discuss the matter in private but no one was there/office not open to public. That afternoon when I got home I told the owner what had happened and attempted to get a full refund for the room for such a horrid experience. The owner denied the sheets had not been washed from the previous customer, his response was to accuse us and claim I was trying to blackmail him for money.

Quality rooms at a reasonable price

A lovely motel.
The owner was super friendly and accomodating with me, I was able to leave my bag ahead of check-in which was really helpful.
The room was well appointed with everything needed for a short stay. And it was absolutely spotless - so nice to come to a place that is this clean. The bed was really, really comfortable and even though my room was facing the road, it was very quiet (I am a light sleeper and wasn't disturbed at all).
The pool was refreshing and the garden area well looked after. The whole place has a really nice vibe and is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants on Clarence St. I got the bus due to the heat and it was close to the bus stop too.
I am super happy I decided to stay here and had a really nice night. I will be back :)
