The hotel is close to the CBD and all other places eg salamanca markets, and pier. In terms of hotel, clean, made bed daily, amenities , no pool , fitness is small, room small, wish was larger, walls are thin, could hear the next room. But all over good.

Location was perfect, not too far from the quay, restaurants and museum. Our room overlooked the water, it was very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the same each day but it has a variety of foods. Parking was great, secure and very cheap per night.
Was picked up by the skybus to the airport close to the hotel. Staff were lovely, said hello and greeted with a smile. Would definitely return.

Typical 3 star hotel.

Bed pillows were awesome. Bed was comfy. View from room 802 was really nice. Great location. But the safe was unlockable, the microwave turntable did not turn and interior was dirty. Both sinks had broken/worn plugs that did not hold water.

No, not for us - not recommended

Very very tiny cramped room (don’t bring your cat as there is no room to swing it) poor choice of furniture and design. Underwhealming front counter staff. No chairs, not enough room to open a suitcase look out over air con units and roof to a wall, air con not working properly even tho room looked recently face lifted. Booked for 2 nights should have left after 1. Will never go back and will never recommend.
