Still a Fantastic place !

Great staff -mainly the hard working Argentinians and columbians and a few Spaniards who work here.
The food quality is fantastic for a four star hotel.
The rooms are of good size particularly the junior suite.
Reception may be slightly understaffed however they very polite and very caring.
The prices for the drinks in the bar and the restaurant is very reasonable.
There is a significantly large car park at the front
A main attraction is also the fact that there’s a ski rental shop in the building and further the bus especially stops there when you are transferring from abroad using the bus system and further you could ski in and out of the hotel literally.
This is our second visit here and we are delighted that the standards are still high and has not dropped at all.

Family getaway

The truth is that we were right to choose this hotel, exceptional treatment by all the staff, large and comfortable rooms, there was no air conditioning in the room, but opening a little window you do not need any air, plus you hear the river next to you. Buffet is great, there's where to choose We'll be back for sure

IDEAL FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN

It's the second year we've been and it won't be the last. Hotel at the foot of the slope with chairlift, which implies not having to take the car to start skiing. It also has a fairly large playground where children are entertained alone for hours. We stayed a group of friends with children and everything was easy with the staff. Very spacious rooms. Super varied restaurant both breakfast and dinner. This year we tried the gym and the Spa and the truth that we even repeated. Of course it is the ideal hotel to travel with children by the location and access to the ski resort, as well as the children's areas, Spa, ski storage, indoor parking and the friendliness of the staff who always facilitated us what we asked. There is also a bus stop at the door of the hotel, so you can get down to Andorra without having to take the car. This hotel has become our snow house for years to come.

Malisimo hotel

Rooms are not made for lack of staff
The lousy food not a simple dog for the kids
Cold room,the soft mattress
Worst hotel I've been by far and I travel a lot

The location is perfect, the staff is outstanding and super friendly. The food is really ok even if people complain about it, in the comments for you and your familly it will be ok they change the menu everyday but dont expect restaurant level food. The room are huge so for family trip it is perfect.
